2. Rental Services

All rental equipment is subject to availability. The renter is responsible for the safekeeping and condition of the equipment during the rental period.

  • Deposit: A security deposit may be required before the handover of equipment.
  • Damages: Any physical damage, liquid spillage, or loss of equipment will be charged to the renter at the current market value.
  • Return: Equipment must be returned on the agreed date. Late returns will incur additional daily charges.

3. Repair Services

We strive to repair your device to the best of our ability. However, we are not responsible for data loss. Users are strongly advised to backup their data before submitting devices for repair.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Techvity IT Solutions be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
