Sell Old Corporate Laptops in India: Bulk Buyback with GST Invoice

We grade devices transparently against age, configuration, battery health and cosmetics, and settle payments via RTGS within 48 hours of audit close. Designed for IT asset managers and procurement teams retiring fleets at refresh cycles.

Why bother with structured buyback?

Most Indian enterprises lose 20-30% of recoverable value to ad-hoc disposal or local dealers. Structured buyback returns book-clean disposal, audit trail and capital efficiency.

Buyback FAQ

Which laptop brands and models do you buy back?+

We accept all major business-class brands including Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple MacBook, Microsoft Surface, ASUS and Acer. Consumer-grade lines are accepted in lower volumes. Devices up to seven years old are valued on a sliding scale; very old or non-functional units are quoted at scrap-recovery rates.

Will I get a GST purchase invoice for the buyback?+

Yes. Once your seller GSTIN is shared, we issue a tax-compliant purchase invoice carrying our Karnataka GSTIN. This satisfies your books-of-accounts and tax filings. Non-GST-registered sellers get a simple receipt and bank transfer; corporate sellers receive RTGS or NEFT against PO.

How fast can a 200-unit buyback be completed?+

Standard turnaround is 7-10 business days from quote acceptance to payment. The cycle includes pickup scheduling, on-arrival audit at our Bangalore hub, sample-grade verification, certified data destruction, final pricing reconciliation and invoice settlement. We can compress to 5 days for time-pressured sellers.

What drives resale value for a used corporate laptop?+

Five factors: device age, processor generation, RAM and SSD configuration, screen and chassis cosmetic grade, and battery health. Devices with original chargers, OEM packaging and full functionality price 15-25% above bare units. We share a transparent grading sheet with every quote.

Do you handle pickup logistics across India?+

Yes. Pan-India pickup is included for orders above 25 units. For smaller volumes you can drop devices at our Koramangala hub or use our courier-pickup partner network with insured shipping. We accept palletised pickups from corporate dock-doors with appointment slots.

Is data destruction included in buyback?+

Yes. Every laptop processed through our buyback chain runs a NIST 800-88 aligned wipe before resale or refurbishment. Certificates of Destruction are issued per asset. Read more on our dedicated data destruction page for methodology, standards and DPDP Act 2023 alignment.
