How short can the ROG rental tenure be? Can I rent for just one weekend?
Yes. Our shortest ROG rental tenure is 1 day, popular for esports tournaments and one-off AI demo days. Typical hackathon rentals run 3-7 days. We stage-deliver to the venue the day before, run a 30-minute floor-walk for IT, and pickup the morning after the event. Pre-event imaging and post-event data wipe under NIST 800-88 are included.
Can I bulk-rent 50 or 100 TUF Gaming laptops for a college hackathon?

What insurance and liability cover does Techvity carry on event rentals?
All event rentals include accidental-damage cover bundled into the rental rate, with a deductible per incident — confirmed at quote stage. Loss / theft cover requires an event-specific add-on. We carry public-liability insurance on our delivery operations and ship via insured logistics partners across India. SLAs include same-day onsite swap during event days in tier-1 cities.
